It resembles Hitch-hiker's

I bought the Hitch-hiker's movie on DVD.
I just watched it.
Sadly it doesn't improve second time round. In fact, more negatives occurred. For instance:

Trillian takes Arthur to the Heart of Gold's galley for a cup of tea. 'It resembles tea,' she tells him as he spits it out in disgust.

Wow.
Twenty five years in development hell, and that's how the line evolved from the radio series original (which DNA probably spent hours honing to perfection):

...it then invariably delivers a cupful of liquid that is almost, but not quite, entirely unlike tea.

OK, so ten out of ten for concise writing, but minus several million for style, eh?
